HOW TO ENROLL

Our enrollment process is simple and straightforward. Follow these five steps to get started:

ENROLLMENT STEP — STEP 1: Schedule a Tour

The best way to get to know us is to visit! Schedule your tour online using the button below, by phone, or by email. Tours are available Monday through Friday during operating hours. You will meet our campus director and teachers, see the classrooms and outdoor spaces, and have all your questions answered. We look forward to meeting your family!

ENROLLMENT STEP — STEP 2: Submit Your Enrollment Application

After your tour, complete the Child Enrollment Application using the Apply Now button below. Applications are reviewed based on availability for your child’s age group and campus. There is no fee to apply. You will hear back within 1–3 business days.

ENROLLMENT STEP — STEP 3: Receive Acceptance & Pay Enrollment Fee

Upon acceptance, you will receive a written confirmation from the Executive Director. To secure your child’s spot, a non-refundable enrollment fee of $165 (first child) or $110 (each additional child) must be paid through Brightwheel — our secure childcare management app. Your child’s spot is not confirmed until the fee is received.

ENROLLMENT STEP — STEP 4: Complete Your Enrollment Packet

After acceptance and fee payment, you will receive your Enrollment Packet through Brightwheel. The packet contains all required forms, handbook acknowledgments, and document uploads. All items must be completed before your child’s first day. You will need a free Brightwheel account to access and complete your packet — see the important note below about creating your account.

ENROLLMENT STEP — STEP 5: Your Child’s First Day!

Once all documents are complete, tuition is set up, and your start date is confirmed — your child is ready to begin! You will use Brightwheel every day to receive real-time photos, daily updates, and communicate directly with your child’s teacher.
